Accessibility Statement

This is the official accessibility statement for www.web-accessibility.co.uk. It is our intention that all pages on this site are accessible to all and that all pages are deemed accessible to the highest standards defined. Many standards are intentionally vague and are subject to individual judgement. Some can be automatically tested. We have run a variety of commonly accepted standard automated tests and have manually reviewed all pages. We believe all pages are in full compliance with all available accessibility standards and guidelines from W3C Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI).

Should you feel that any aspect of the site does not fulfil these objectives or gives you any difficulty please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the problem immediately. Feel free to email us at enquiries@epsilis.co.uk

Links in the content show up as default link colours. They have no behaviours attached to them.

Navigation items have background changes to highlight links and current page.

Links are written to make sense out of context.

Links to external web sites open up a new browser window where this is supported by the browser otherwise the same browser window is used.

This web site can be navigated without the use of a mouse.

Images:

All content images used in this site include descriptive ALT attributes. Purely decorative graphics include null ALT attributes.

All images used to convey information have alternative text descriptions.

Content has been separated from visual design and cascading style sheets (CSS) are used for visual layout.

Content is listed above navigation within the code to assist text based browsers and assistive technologies.

Only relative font sizes, compatible with the user-specified "text size" option in visual browsers are used.

If your browser or browsing device does not support style sheets at all, the content of each page is still readable.
